Language Line
Oxfordshire Children's Information Service offers
Language
Line, a service for people who do not speak English, to help them to talk to our Information Officers over the telephone. Callers will be connected to a telephone interpretation service. OCIS staff will then talk to the enquirer through an expert interpreter using the chosen language. Please call us for more information.
Language Line can interpret almost any language. To save time it helps if you can tell us the name of the language to be used, or country of origin.
We recognise that we need to deliver our services flexibly so that whoever could benefit from our services is able to do so. At all times we will endeavour to be flexible to meet differing needs. Please contact us if you need help using our services or know people who could benefit.
