Outreach Service

We go out to take information and give advice to organisations and individuals across Oxfordshire. We also inform as many people in Oxfordshire as possible about our service.
Our outreach officers are able to come to events, groups or children's centres bringing information to parents and carers about services for children and young people.
The officer can talk about childcare options and parents' rights when returning to work and can give contact details of other organisations who may help. She can also give information about local toddler groups, early education, sports, play and leisure activities for children and young people, and about children and young people's services generally.
The outreach service also works with professionals and employers, supporting them to get the most out of OCIS and to use us to help the parents that they work with (whatever their needs).
